GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Technical work reviewing plans and inspecting building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and gas construction, alterations or repairs for compliance with codes, laws and regulations. Duties require sound technical judgment in multiple disciplines and discretions in applying standard trade practices.
