The ideal candidate will have the core values to protect human health and prevent pollution in local water sources. This person will be a team player and willing to help other members of the team to flourish and be successful, have strong problem-solving skills to ensure the Wastewater Treatment Plant is meeting regulatory requirements.   Under the direction of the Wastewater/Stormwater Manager or designee, operates and monitors wastewater treatment plant and compost facility equipment to meet quality specifications; responds to, evaluates, and takes corrective action necessary for after-hours emergency calls concerning the stormwater and sewer collection systems.  Ability to work rotating shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
