Under general direction of the Mayor and City Council, plans, directs, evaluates and ensures the effective delivery of all municipal services and functions to the residents of the City of Coolidge.   Oversees the day-to-day administration, operations and activities of the City; ensures the health, welfare and safety of Coolidge residents.
