MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATOR—The Municipality of Norristown (population 35,800), Montgomery County, Pennsylvania seeks a dynamic, skilled, and experienced leader to serve as its Municipal Administrator (Manager).  The Administrator has authority to direct and supervise all day-to-day operations of the government and serves as the central point of contact among the Municipal Council, staff, and the community.  The Administrator administers an annual budget of $43.6 million with 8 direct report managers/directors (Codes, Finance, Human Resources, Planning/Development, Police, Fire, Public Works, Recreation) and approximately 156 FT employees in all departments which include Administration, Police, Codes/Building, Public Works, IT, Human Resources, Finance, and Fire.
