The Vermont League of Cities and Towns, a non-profit, non-partisan membership organization that exists to serve and strengthen local government, seeks a creative innovator with a passion for technology to serve as our next Director of Information Technology. The ideal candidate will enjoy developing and maintaining our information technology programs, functions, and equipment while leading a small staff. We seek someone who has a big-picture vision for how to use and deploy new technology to serve our cities, towns, and villages. VLCT has an $8 million budget, and administers nearly $30 million in non-profit insurance and risk management trust funds. VLCT is especially interested in information technology professionals who have worked in municipal government or in the insurance industry
