This is responsible administrative and supervisory work of an advanced level in developing, researching, preparing, and implementing complex public planning studies and programs, with a primary focus on the City’s floodplain management program.  Work primarily includes responsibility for initiatives to reduce flood damage to insurable properties in St. Petersburg; and to manage application for and compliance with National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Community Rating System (CRS) series guidelines and requirements.
