Equitable Process Coordinator (DEI)
POSITION PURPOSE / IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION The Equitable Process Coordinator position is a temporary benefited and professional level position who will be responsible for guiding the City in developing a strategy for their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) journey. The DE&I foundation has been established, and the successful individual will set the City up for success with internal processes and governance structures that enable us to meet Council’s DE&I strategic priorities.In 2022, City Council adopted a Strategic Plan Guiding Principle on DE&I to “Achieve equitable processes for the people of Westminster by providing opportunity for all voices to be heard and drawing upon community diversity in decision making.”
