The City Manager serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the City and is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of City Council. The City Manager is responsible for implementing the policies and work plan goals of City Council and providing leadership, coordination, and development for City departments. The City Manager oversees all City operations and staff, which are organized in the following departments: Communications, Community Development, Economic Development, Ellsworth Meadows Golf Club, EMS, Engineering, Finance, Fire, GIS, Hudson Community Television, Human Resources, Information Services, Parks, Police, Public Works, and Velocity Broadband.
